Lock mechanism replacement - CM18 - 29/08/2025

Harlow Local Locksmith visited a local customer in Harlow to repair their back door mechanism. We arrived to find the door handle not operating the hooks when being lifted up. We replaced the locking mechanism there and them for the customer. Once replaced the door was still not locking this was due to the door coming out of alignment. We realigned the door as part of the service and now customer can now feel safe again in their home.

Storage cupboard gain entry and lock replacement - CM20 - 29/08/2025

Harlow Local Locksmith was called by a lettings agent to gain entry to a downstairs storage unit for a flat. The agent said you will need to drill out lock and replace. Explained that we will not need to drill as we aim to gain entry non destructively which was the case. Lock needed changing regardless as the tenants wasn't given keys in the first place. Customer was impressed with skills shown to gain entry without damaging the lock.

Non destructive entry gain - CM17 - 30/08/2025

Harlow Local Locksmith had an emergency call from a local resident who locked themselves out their home leaving their keys in the lock. We arrived within 15 minutes and customer was back in their home less than 5 minutes later.
